We are happy to wrap your outstanding children's gift and ship it to the little boy or girl of your choice. If only we all could be there when they receive their very own package, and open to find the unique children's items you picked out just for them. Whether it is a baby sweater set, little girls dress or personalized luggage set, they will love them. If for some reason there is a problem, listed below are all of our gift policies and procedures.
At Dottie Doolittle Gift Certificate always pleases! Gift Certificates are redeemable in our store in San Francisco. We regret that Gift Certificates are not redeemable online. Please call us toll free at 1-800-372-2062 to make alternate arrangements for redeeming Dottie Doolittle Gift Certificates if visiting the store is not possible. Gift Certificates purchased on the internet are shipped via first class mail with no shipping charge.
Kids love to open presents! Just tell us which items are gifts and we will package your gift in our signature red boxes and white bows. Packages are finished with a gift card and your personal message. There is no charge for gift packaging. We apologize that some larger items and special order purchases sent directly from our vendors cannot be gift wrapped.
Gift Shipping Options
We ship all of our merchandise within the continental US via UPS. If shipping to an outside location, please call our store at 1-800-372-2062 and we will assist you with alternate arrangements. Shipping costs will be calculated at the point of check out based on UPS shipping location and weight criteria. At this point you will have the option to expedite your delivery by choosing one of the express delivery services available through UPS.
Gift Return Policy
Gift returns must be SHIPPED to Dottie Doolittle within 14 days of the original purchase with a copy of the original receipt. Return Items must be in new condition with the tags attached for clothes or the original wrapping for non clothing items. Gift Certificates are non refundable. Purchase price will be refunded through store credit and exchange ONLY if original receipt is not provided. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not make adjustments, exchanges, or returns on SALE, Monogrammed, Personalized, or Special Order merchandise.
