Return Policy
Returns must be shipped to Dottie Doolittle within 14 days of the original purchase with a copy of the original receipt. Return Items must be in new condition with the tags attached for clothes or the original wrapping for non clothing items. Gift Certificates are non refundable. Purchase price will be refunded through store credit and exchange ONLY if original receipt is not provided. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not make adjustments, exchanges, or returns on SALE, Monogrammed, Personalized, or Special Order merchandise.

Shipping Options
We ship all of our merchandise within the continental US via UPS. If shipping outside the United States please call our store at 1-800-372-2062 and we will assist you with alternate arrangements. Gift Certificates purchased on the internet are shipped via first class mail with no shipping charge. Shipping costs for all other merchandise will be calculated at the point of check out based on UPS shipping location and weight criteria. At this point you will have the option to expedite your delivery by choosing one of the express delivery services available through UPS.
